Introducing buyers and sellers to what’s great about life in Mount Washington Valley comes easily to Emily; this is where she was born and raised, graduating from Fryeburg Academy in 2002. While she has experienced life in other places, getting her degree in marketing and advertising at Johnson and Wales in Providence, RI, when it was time to start a family, Emily and her husband Anthony decided that the friendly people, beautiful scenery, and less hectic pace of life made this the best place to raise their two kids, Jaxson and Layla.
Emily uses the strength of her marketing background, coupled with a deep knowledge of the local area to provide a personalized approach to meeting the needs and wants of her buyer and seller clients. With a sharp eye for detail and a fresh perspective on the industry, Emily has been able to get properties sold quickly using out-of-the-box marketing ideas to get her listings noticed by the largest pool of potential buyers.
Since becoming an owner of the company in 2018, Emily deepened her understanding of the importance of working together with a team of full-time professionals to deliver the best results to all of the company's clients.
In recent years, Emily has had the opportunity to work with several local and out of state developers on development projects. Rather than just list a new development for sale, Emily works closely with developers and her team to not only design a project that will appeal to the most buyers but also create a brand behind the project. Together with marketing manager Kelsea they assist developers with choosing a project name, creating a logo, designing a website, creating social media content, and creating marketing materials.
Emily believes in establishing relationships based on trust that lasts a lifetime. Whether you are selling, buying, or developing, she is excited to get to work for you.
