A Mount Washington Valley native, Kelsea is a one-stop resource for the best restaurants, shopping, hiking, and all the best the valley has to offer! Having pursued her education at Southern New Hampshire University, Kelsea earned a bachelor's degree in merchandising and management, and has over a decade of experience in hospitality. 

Over the past five years, Kelsea has served as the Marketing Manager at Pinkham Real Estate, and has grown an impressive skill set she contributes to the business. She oversees all facets of the company’s marketing and branding, collaborating with the ownership team and individual agents on various projects. Kelsea also works closely with developer clients to create comprehensive branded marketing packages for exclusive projects. Not only a marketing strategist, Kelsea is also the primary photographer for Pinkham Real Estate, capturing the essence of properties with a keen eye. Her FAA drone certification adds a unique perspective to her photography, providing captivating aerial views.

In addition to her marketing and photography roles, Kelsea holds a real estate license, further enriching her understanding of the industry. This comprehensive skill set, coupled with her dedication to ongoing learning, makes her a multifaceted professional within the real estate realm and an invaluable asset to the Pinkham team.

When Kelsea isn’t in the office, she enjoys exploring the White Mountain National Forest with her two dogs, Roxi & Pemi, and partner Jared. An accomplished hiker, Kelsea and Roxi have completed New Hampshire’s famous 48 4,000 Footers together.
