A Mount Washington Valley native, Kelsea is a one-stop resource for the best restaurants, shopping, hiking, and everything else the valley has to offer. She earned her bachelor's degree in merchandising and management from Southern New Hampshire University and brings over a decade of hospitality experience to her work.

Kelsea joined the Pinkham team in 2018 and has built a role that touches nearly every part of the business. She oversees the company's marketing and branding, working closely with the ownership team and individual agents on projects big and small, and partners with developer clients to build branded marketing packages for exclusive projects. She's also Pinkham's primary photographer, shooting listing photos across the valley and FAA Part 107 certified for aerial work.

Kelsea holds a real estate license as well, which gives her marketing and photography work an insider's understanding of the industry she's promoting.

Outside the office, Kelsea is usually outdoors with her husband Jared and their two dogs, Roxi and Pemi. She's happiest hiking, biking, paddleboarding, or cooling off at the river, and she never turns down a good concert.
