It was very clear to me that she knew the area quite well and was on top of new homes coming on the market. This was during the time when the market was crazy right after Covid. She did find the perfect home for me and negotiated with the sellers on my behalf and at the same time pleasing both parties. The year before, I had purchased a lot with the intention of building a home. Due price increases, I was not able to afford to build. Emily had already found me a beautiful home. After moving in and settling in my new home we put my lot on the market. Land can be a very difficult product to sell. There’s so much unknown. In Emily‘s professional style, she listed the lot. Her listing and description of the lot, including the amazing views, sold the lot in a little over a week's time. And at a fantastic price!
