Black Bear Coop, formerly known as Lamplighter's is a mobile home park situated just outside of North Conway. A popular neighborhood with both double and single-wide manufactured homes consists of approximately 200 homes. The Saco River abuts the back of the park, giving residents private access and a small beach area. Interested residents must submit and go through an application process with the park in order to be approved.
