He was approachable, but also commanded a strong knowledge of the market and took the time to understand our motivations and what we were really looking for. He made a point of continually asking questions to help understand our evolving requirements as we tried to adjust to find a home that would work. Eventually we broadened our search, and Steve traveled with us outside of his primary area to look for the right home for our family. Once we found it, Steve was proactive in coordinating everything. Along every step of the way Steve communicated clearly and made sure everything moved smoothly. During the financing period we hit a snag with the appraisal being delayed multiple times. During this period Steve provided great advice and encouragement. He worked with the appraiser and lender to keep us up-to-date with what was going on. If we are ever in the market in the Mount Washington Valley again, Steve will be the first person we talk to. I have no reservations in recommending him as an excellent realtor to have helping navigating the buying process.
