689 Kearsarge Road Unit: 4

Fantastic North Conway location, close to both Cranmore Ski area and downtown North Conway Village. Beautiful view of Kearsarge Brook that due to the dam has created a small private pond in your backyard. A great place to cool off in the summer and ice skate in the winter. The unit itself is in good condition with a large living room, kitchen, primary bedroom and full bath. When needed, there are a couple of day beds for additional sleeping space. Beautiful brick fireplace adds to that cozy feeling. Unit comes with its own carport.
