Naples

Explore Naples, ME homes for sale, from Long Lake and Brandy Pond waterfront to year-round homes near the Causeway. Local guidance from Pinkham Real Estate.

Naples sits right in the middle of Maine's Sebago Lakes Region, with Long Lake on one side, Brandy Pond on the other, and Sebago Lake just to the south. Route 302 runs straight through town, which puts you about 45 minutes from Portland and under an hour from North Conway.

In summer, the Causeway is the heart of it all. Boats tie up at the docks, the Songo River Queen II heads out on Long Lake, and the ice cream lines stretch down the sidewalk. Come fall, things quiet down into what locals love most: a small town of about 3,900 year-round residents, open water, and some of the best foliage views in southern Maine.

Whether you're looking for a lakefront camp, a year-round home near the village, or land to build on, Naples offers a little bit of everything. Our Maine-licensed agents know these waters and these roads, and we'd love to help you find your spot.

Naples Lakes & Waterfront Homes

Few towns in Maine give you this much water to choose from. Naples touches three lakes, and they're all connected, so a boat on Long Lake can make its way down to Sebago.

Long Lake. About 11 miles long, stretching north to Bridgton and Harrison. It's the big one for boating, waterskiing and sunset cruises, and waterfront homes here range from classic camps to year-round lake houses.

Brandy Pond. At 740 acres, Brandy Pond is the quieter neighbor, tucked between the Causeway and Scenic Drive. Owners can boat into the village for dinner and back home again without ever touching the car.

Sebago Lake. Maine's deepest lake and second largest, reached through the Songo River and the historic Songo Lock. Built in 1830 and still hand-operated in summer, the lock is part of Sebago Lake State Park and is listed on the National Register of Historic Places.

Thinking about waterfront? Maine has its own shoreland zoning rules that can affect docks, additions and tree clearing near the water. Our agents walk buyers through it before they fall in love with a property, not after.
